Kirt Green & Family

Hi my name is Joanne Green & I am creating this Go Fund Me to help my very own life saver / little brother Kirt Green, his beautiful wife Belinda & their family.

My brother Kirt is is Sydney hospital and has been there ( with his beautiful wife Belinda by his side EVERY SINGLE DAY ) since the 27th of October 2022 when he was found in his truck by his work mate / best friend in a critical condition, he was rushed to hospital where they found he was suffering acute/chronic pancreatitis - his pancreas had stopped working just like that !

kirt has had 6 surgeries and many complications since then, his been in and out of ICU , in an induced coma , on breathing ventilators and is now having to re learn to walk on his own. It has been a long and challenging road to recovery & it’s not over yet - PLEASE PRAY

My little brother Kirt is a cherished family member who is funny, loving, caring , dedicated Father, Husband, Brother, Son & just a great Guy in general

He literally saved my life in yr 2000 by being my Bone Marrow Donor & because of this I fully recovered from Leukaemia.

Throughout Kirts life he has devoted and committed himself to Rugby League where he became a head trainer for Engadine Dragons football club and also Coogee Dolphins football club. Where he became a head trainer for the senior squads.

With Kirts experience and commitment to the Sport, he was invited to Cronulla Sharks to be a trainer for the Harold Matt’s squad, were his experience was welcomed and much appreciated.

Kirts commitment to Rugby League , enabled him to be responsible for the overall physical well-being of all players to ensure their safety. Over the years the players and local community have gain such respect, trust and formed a friendship with Kirt.

I’m trying to ask for your help to give back and try & take a little strain off Kirt and his Family as just because as we are aware if one can’t work doesn’t mean the bills and expenses of mortgage, day to day living , costs of hospital parking , weekly hire costs for the hospital TV etc don’t stop coming and these are stresses and strains I don’t want my family to have to worry about at this time.
