It was by random through a friend I was tagged in a youtube link for a song that I became addicted to...Not so much the song but the smiles on these kids faces dancing in the rain, whilst their neighbours were collecting water in containers.

I contacted a beautiful lady Sania Nakayiza in Uganda who was helping children in the slums of Kampala, capital of Uganda.

I firstly donated speakers for them and received videos of thankyous and luv, even for my 50th.

They want to start a dance school but also where the children can read books and have a welcoming environment.

Firstly, this is not a scam, as we have all had in emails...but this was not, as I was asked for nothing and contacted them and the rest has brought joy to my heart.

They asked for nothing, but giving what I could and seeing their smiles and thankyous was enough.

Now, as  I am about to get married, i have requested instead of presents, to make  a donation to get these kids some t shirts to start their dance school or at least keep dancing as one and make a difference in someones life.

Yes, charity starts at home, but in Australia we have so much support compared to my ugandan babies.

Many parts of the world need our help, but this is my mission.

Or should I say Matt and Kate Quaids Mission..:)

Any Donation will go directly to a shirt for the boys and girls as per below with your name on the back and Australian flag..
