Kish Family

Anyone who knows Nick will say that Nick is a great dad to his 3 girls. He works at Highland Pines ISD to provide everything he can for them. At the beginning of December, Nick's youngest daughter, Ellie, age 5, became ill. Nick has been off work since Ellie became ill. Nick's job does not offer paid time off. Ellie was admitted to the hospital a few days after becoming ill. Ellie has had test after test ran and the cause of her illness remains a mystery. The plan is for Ellie to be transfered to a hospital that is 2 hrs from Nick's home and his other 2 children, in hopes that the specialists there will be able to solve Ellie's mystery and make her well again. Ellie is in need of many, many prayers. Nick and his children are in need of some financial assistance to help with the wages lost from Nick's unpaid and unexpected leave of absence from work and his upcoming transportation costs. Although the greatest gift this Christmas will be for Ellie to come home and be in good health, any money Nick has saved for Christmas for his girls has gone towards other financial responsibilities to keep them fed and a roof over their head. At no time is it ever good for a child to become some seriously ill, but this time of year definitely makes it more difficult on a family.
