Kitten struck by car & abandoned

Hello my name is Sara I’m creating with with any hope of saving this sweet kitten. She was struck by a car and onlookers were gawking and even taking photos. I saw this while driving, immediately hopped out the moving vehicle pushed others away and wrapped her up to race to an ER VET. All while on my way to work. We are being told she has sustained internal injuries. Her bladder may have exploded which there is a surgery for. I want to save this girl and give her a loving home but vets don’t give many options, either relinquish any rights to her & they will put her down. I can’t not try and fight for her. But we all know vet bills are no joke. We are told a surgery of this magnitude will be around $2,000 plus $1500 testing. I’m taking a chance with this Gofundme. Please consider sharing or any donation counts. I am trying to cover as much as I possibly can but this was such an unexpected thing. She needs hospitalization that will be $2–$3k a night. Anything helps. I’m trying to cover anything I can and just had to update the goal. This seems almost impossible but I’m holding out hope.

UPDATE! With help from the a vet group and rescues leading me the way, we were able to bring down the Initial $12,000! Down to $4000 and change. Great Update but not out of the woods. Every cent counts. Thank you so much for those who have donated! It means the world to me. We have a long road to go and the next few days will be the most important. Help me give this little girl a loving home. I don’t think she had even been held or pet before and just melted in our arms. Animals really do know when we are trying to help.
