Maui’s vet bills from brown snake bite

Hi, my name is Kristel and I am fundraising for my neighbour Karissa Sheppard.

Her beautiful kitty was bitten by a brown snake and they have spend a small fortune so far with the vet hospital in Carrara. Despite being in good hands, the costs which are in excess of about $5k a day, keep rising. It is expected that their total costs will be about $20k, which must be settled in full.

They have reached the threshold for their pet insurance and are now reaching out to the community to do paid work so they can try and keep the medical care going.

I was in this situation a month ago with my beloved dog at the same hospital, so I understand the heartache and struggle when you are faced with this very sad situation.
