Michael David Hall WVU Memorial Scholarship

Hello, my name is Vickie Hall. I lost my middle son in an automobile accident on May 2, 2006. Right after the accident we decided to have a scholarship to honor him and his memory. He loved the West Virginia Mountaineers. This is a way to remember him and help future students too. A $500.00 scholarship is presented each year to a student in Boone county who will be attending in the fall. We appreciate everyone's support
