Help me save my eye sight

Last year on Oct 2, 2018, I woke up and couldn't see out of my right eye. There was a grey haze over my vision preventing me from seeing. In my left eye, my vision was blurry. I went into the eye doctor right away. They noticed that I took Plaquenil, which is a medication I took to help with my Lupus symptoms. Having lupus and taking certain medications can cause eye sight loss and/or injury to major organs. As a result of my medication and being nearsighted, my retina detached.
On Oct 4, 2018, I had eye surgery. In my right eye the retina detached so I had to have a vitrectomy and in my left eye I had laser to reattach some retina tear. In order to pay for these surgeries, I had to make a partial payment of $868.10. I didn't have the money so I was financed through Care Credit. I also took out a loan to pay the remaining balance of $5,600 dollars. I am still repaying that money now on a payment plan.
As time progressed over the year I've developed cataracts in my eyes. I am only 29 years old. I now need to have corrective eye surgery. I have exhausted all other resources and have finally admitted that I need help to pay for this surgery so I can see. Each eye will cost me $2950. I need a total of $5,900 for corrective eye surgery after my insurance pays the basic needs. The institution doesn't make or accept payment plans. I cannot have the surgery without the funding. I work hard and work full time. It is not a lack of trying on my end- I just have medical bills that surpass what I am able to handle right now, which is why I am reaching out to my community of friends and family to help me raise the funds. My surgery is scheduled for December but if I raise the funds sooner, I can have the surgery earlier. Please help me keep my eye sight. Any donation will help. Thank you!
