Medical expenses for Nina

Dear Friends,

Today I have the worst possible news that anyone can imagine. Our great friend Nina Parson is very very ill. She been fighting in the ICU for almost 3 weeks.

Everybody loves Nina and for the best reasons- She is, and will always be, the brightest star. Witty, funny, smart, charismatic. Nina is one of those people that lights up the room, that everyone loves to be around, that always is the very best at what she does.

To see her take a turn in life like this is absolutely devastating for her close friends and her family. We are heartbroken.

The energy of positivity that Nina gives to us everyday is what she needs now from all of us now. Please lift her in your thoughts, prayers, and well wishes.

Everyone we know has a funny story and a time when Nina helped them out. Please feel free to share those stories here to spread the news and remember the joy that Nina has brought all of us.

If you are able to, we are asking for financial support for her family. Extended hotel stays, time off of work, parking costs, etc are adding up very quickly. Please help take this financial burden off of them as they cope with a situation no parent would ever want to be in.

Please limit your communication to Nina and her family at this time as they are overwhelmed with this news, dealing with all the doctors, medical staff, and decisions. Nina does not have her phone with her and all messages/calls are going to her parents. We promise to keep you updated of her status and are asking for you to respect their wishes and not contact them at this time. Maya, Deanna, Karl and Erica are available to share any info we might all have.
