Klassen Family Support

The Canadian Cancer Society states that 1 in 2 people will have cancer in their lifetime, and that 1 in 4 people will lose their battle with cancer. It affects all of us! Our good friend, Colleen Klassen, was diagnosed with breast cancer prior to Christmas 2018. Colleen has already started treatments. 

Gregg wanted to show his support for Colleen, Nevin, Silas and Errol and decided to hold a Head/Beard Shave to collect donations in support the Klassen family. 

Donations from this Go Fund Me will go directly to the Klassen’s and help them with day to day expenses while Colleen is undergoing treatment. If you would prefer to donate to your cancer research society of your choice, please do so. Donations will also be accepted in person at the Head/Beard Shave.

Join us on Saturday, March 23 at the Lethbridge Curling Club Lounge at 5pm for the shave. Drinks and appetizers will be available to order. Colleen will be shaving Gregg Samuel’s head and beard, Dawn Leite’s head, Chuck Hopkins’ head and beard and Nevin’s beard. We’d love to have more volunteers; please let us know if you are interested in joining the ‘bald team’.
