Smoke damage from the fire destroyed everything she owned...
After a bold move half-way across the country to advance her career, Natomi experienced a series of losses in an unbelievably short amount of time. Her eldest cat, Jack, was diagnosed with an unexpected and aggressive illness, and Natomi had to make the painful decision to put him down after 17 years. Only days later, she returned home from training in Chicago to discover a fire had caused irrepairable smoke damage to most of her new rental home, and she lost everything. If that weren't bad enough, she discovered her youngest kitty, Emily, wrapped in a blanket on her front porch - having succumbed to smoke inhalation. Please join me in helping Natomi get back on her feet. While she did have some insurance, it wasn't much. Let's rally together to show her some love: helping her get settled into a new home, and lifting her up during this painful time of loss. Every little bit helps!
