Please help us get our dog Loki an MRI/Spinal Tap to find out if his neurological issues are being cause by a brain tumor, encephalitis, or something else. This will cost an estimated 2300 to 3000 dollars. Unfortunately, this comes right before we are to be married (March) and have spent most of our money on that.
