Masks For Savannah Medical Workers

**UPDATE 4/11** Funding is running very low - donation requests increasing. 3D printed face shields are especially highly requested items. Please consider sharing and donating! ** UPDATE** we are now producing isolation gowns at the request of several facilities we are working with. These require a lot of fabric and elastic so thank you so much for continuing to donate! **UPDATE** Thanks to all who have donated so far!  I have raised the goal, because as donations continue to come in, we will continue to order the filter inserts.  These inserts are one use and will need to be discarded each time.  Thank you for your continued help!**

Savannah medical workers are in desperate need of masks, as professional PPE is running extremely low at some facilities.  We are working with a team of local Savannah seamstresses to make masks at the desperate request of medical workers for local medical facilities.  Donate $5 and supply one medical worker with a mask! Donate $50 and supply 10 medical workers with masks!  Any amount will help.  We would like to be able to donate these to the facilities and not charge them for supplies.  We are spending personal funds and those are running low.  Again, any amount will help.

If you can donate supplies we are in search of:
- breathable 100% cotton (any pattern)
- tightly woven thick cotton fabric (canvas/denim, etc.)
- elastic ribbon or cord (1/8” or 1/4”)
OR
- strong ribbon or bias tape
- MERV 14, 15, 16 grade HVAC filters
