Gabs Knee Surgeries

I had a hiking accident that tore the ligament my knee. Over the years, the strain has caused the other knee to become arthritic. I’m not able to walk  as much so my muscles have atrophied. I quit taking all pain meds so I can be present for my kids.
THE.PAIN.IS.ENDLESS!
My general health has declined so dramatically as a result of my knee accident. 

I now have:

torn ligaments 
arthritis
depression
fibromyalgia
obesity
high cholesterol
high blood sugar 
high blood pressure 
anxiety
TMJ
sciatica    
 
The nice people from Health Insurance Marketplace spent countless hours trying to find a solution. The rep working with me cried because she couldn't believe that there is no way to get around Obamacare's "Coverage Gap". Because I have no insurance, I can’t get any doctors to treat me, no physical therapy, and I have limited access to assistive technology.

Without any access to treatment, I applied to a volunteer clinic.

The vetting process is very thorough and they only accept patients after they have determined that a patient  has no other options for treatment. Without the Ruffin Family Clinic, I would have given up. 

Unfortunately, after a year, I’m no longer a patient at the Ruffin Family Clinic. I now have Anthem Medicaid. Since no surgeons accept it, I am in worse shape than I was when I had no insurance. Because I’m no longer getting treatment at Ruffin Family Clinic, I don’t get cortisone injections or therapy. 

I’m asking for your help to get this surgery so that I can get healthy. I’m so afraid that if I don’t get this surgery, I will untimely have a heart attack. Immobility has caused obesity which will result in heart disease and diabetes. 

I don’t want to die. I’m a widow and I don’t want to orphan my children. 

Please help me if you can.
