Knox Shoemaker

Destiny (myself) and Wesley came to a normal check up appointment on January 25th to discover that there were issues and needed to go to the hospital. From there I was admitted and told I would be induced at 37 weeks, but that quickly changed the next morning when I was told I was being transferred to labor/delivery to be induced to have our son, Knox. Knox was born January 29th at 34 weeks and 2 weeks, and he has to be in the NICU. We do not have a release date of when sweet Knox will be coming home. Knox is a preemie which is requiring extra help in order to get healthy enough to come home. After being discharged from the hospital myself without Knox that meant we had to pay for food, gas, hotels, etc. I was expecting to be at work longer and Wesley as well. We are not people to ask for help, but we are trying to be able to stay with our son as much as possible. The extra expense of food, gas from commuting back and forth when Wesley does have to go to work, and hotels are adding up on top of monthly bills. If you are able to help in any way to help support Wesley and myself as we continue to get Knox healthy enough to come home we would greatly appreciate it!
