In Loving Memory of Jessica

On September 29, 2024, our family experienced an unimaginable loss. Jessica, a loving wife, devoted mother, and glowing expectant mother of her first baby boy, passed away tragically during an asthma attack. She was seven months pregnant and was surrounded by her husband and three beautiful daughters—ages 5, 12, and 14—when the emergency struck.

Just two weeks before her passing, on September 14, we gathered as a family to celebrate Jessica’s birthday. It was a joyful day filled with love and excitement as we viewed the ultrasound and 3D image of her baby boy. His photo, which captures his tiny features, will forever be displayed in our hearts and homes as a reminder of the love that was cut short too soon.

Jessica was a vibrant soul who brought joy to everyone around her. She was eagerly preparing for her baby shower just a week away, dreaming of the future she would share with her son. Her unexpected passing has left a gaping hole in our hearts, and we are struggling to come to terms with this devastating reality.

While at the hospital, Jessica’s condition deteriorated, and we are heartbroken that no effort was made to save her baby during this crisis. Our family is overwhelmed with grief and confusion, feeling let down by the very system that was supposed to protect them.
