Kobe and Judd's 10kms for the Good Friday Appeal

While watching the Good Friday Appeal last year, Kobe age 10 and Judd age 9 were both touched by a little 9-year-old girl called Novalie. Novalie was promoting her business selling cards to raise money for the Good Friday Appeal, to help sick children in the Royal Childrens Hospital, but here is the kicker... Novalie herself was one of those unwell children who was currently receiving treatment at the hospital. Our family watched in awe, completely amazed that while she was going through such a tough time, she had the care and compassion to still think of others.

Kobe and Judd decided there & then that they wanted to also help. They thought that if they were lucky enough to have their health, then they should use it.

Running 2kms, 3kms, and even 4kms comes quite easy to Kobe and Judd, but, they have never run 10kms before, and they both feel that actually achieving that is going to be a really hard challenge.

They have begun training themselves to try and achieve a 10km run by Good Friday (Friday 29th March, 2024) and this is where you come in.

Kobe and Judd would love to ask anyone who feels able to in this current cost of living crisis, to please consider donating even as little as $1 to motivate them to keep going. Every cent raised will be donated to the Good Friday Appeal and together, we can all do some good this Easter.
