Koda's Emergency Vet Bill

If you are not comfortable with go fund me, PLEASE,  you can make your donation there aswell. Now, let me tell you his story.... He came to my brother and sister-in-law’sfamily in 2020. His original owner could not keep him and they were so happy to be able to bring him home. Koda is the sweetest dog you will ever meet. He is loving and just wants to have his belly rubbed. On Friday, 9/16/22, morning he was shot by an arrow in the hind quarter. He was rushed to the vet where they removed the arrow. When they removed the arrow, he ended up with 4 sites of stitches. They were told how lucky he was that it went through the muscle of his back thigh, however, THAT WAS NOT THE CASE!! They were able to take him home. Over the weekend they noticed that he would whine when he went to urinate, but then on Sunday he would go to urinate and nothing would come out. His Testicles were getting big in size, and they knew something was not right. Monday they rushed him back to the vet. His testicles were filling up with urine. It was discovered he had actually been shot with a BROAD arrow, A Hunting arrow, NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE, as his injuries indicated, he had been shot TWICE, with 2 different arrows!!! His PENIS and URETHA had been severed, and uretha is in half! He is currently on a catheter, which he pulled out once, and had to re-sedate him and insert another one, and hoping the uretha heals. They are hoping for a normal quality of life after all this is said and done.  His bill is adding up quickly, And he will be there for at least another week or so. Maybe more. Please help us save their fur baby!!!
