Kohner and Rhianna's Park Fire Loss Recovery Fund

Donation protected
On July 25th, 2024 Kohner Vugrenes and Rhianna Dutra's house burned down in the Park Fire (the cover picture demonstrates what's left of their home). Their home was not insurable, so they don't have funds to fall back on to replace everything from clothes to tools and everything in between. While Rhianna and Kohner, along with Josie and Mac (their dogs), are safely in Chico and fortunate to have a house in town to move into and live in, they lost so many of their belongings.

The fire has been devastating for many and has burned through the canyon that Kohner and Rhianna hold dear. Kohner devoted the last 12 years of his career to improving the canyon, and in 2019 Rhianna joined him in working in the canyon. They have given so much to their home community and landscape, it's time to give back to them now.

Rhianna and Kohner are always the first to step up when someone needs something and they are not the type to ask for help when times get rough. However, I know any support you can offer them now would mean the world. The outpouring of love they have already received is incredible. If you feel moved to contribute in any way, it is so appreciated, but please don't feel obligated.
