October 7th Victim's Child Needs Help

Hila was murdered by Hamas terrorists while hiding in the brush after the Supernova music festival was invaded.

While hiding, she texted her family for help, but help did not arrive in time to save her. She left behind four beautiful children, one of which has been resettled here in the NYC metro. The 14 year old son of Hila is living with his aunt and her family.

We're withholding the name of the boy to afford him a modicum of privacy, but if you reach out to the aunt, she can provide any needed details.

It would be difficult for most families to add a child to their household; to find the extra time and energy to support a child and to be able to afford all the additional expenses. In this case, the child's needs are great because of the situation - losing his mom so abruptly and violently, relocating from the home he knew and loved, being away from his nuclear family, etc.

We are trying to come together as a community to support this family in taking care of this young man and making sure he has what he needs.
