Kora Ann Nelson

On December 12th, 2019 Kora, her mother, and her sister Sophia were in a car accident.  Kora suffered the most significant injuries out of the three. Kora has severe brain trauma that is requiring her to have quiet brain rest.  She is heavily sedated and intubated to allow for the maximum amount of healing to occur.  She is currently at the UW-Children's Hospital ICU in Madison; which is an excellent trauma facility.  Kora has been an extremely active 16 year old involved in Volleyball, Basketball, Jazz Band, Wind Ensemble, Eco Club, and many more activities.  We are asking everyone to be prayerful and join us in praying for Kora as she has a long journey ahead in her healing.  She is a very strong young lady with a lot of determination.  We will continue to know more each day about her healing and the journey ahead of our family.
