Korah has lost everything after the 2022 flood

Hi there, my name is Stacey and I am fundraising for Korah, her baby sister Zhuri and their mum Nicola. The 2022 floods have completely destroyed their home and everything they own including their car. They have nothing left and will not be able to move back to their home.

 

The flooding has also damaged Korah's dad's house, her Aunty's house, her nan's house and even her school. Her entire life has been impacted by this devastating disaster that took everyone by surprise.

 

They were lucky to be rescued by a volunteer in a tiny boat in the darkness of night and in the pouring rain. Their calls to the SES were not answered, the waters rose quickly and fiercely. They have not found any housing yet so they cannot accept physical donations.
