Korean War Veteran Frank Tammaro , 95
Donation protected
War veteran Frank Tamaro was kicked out of his assisted living facility with short notice to house undocumented migrants because the facility cared more about getting a handout from the city than the people who needed assistance, including Frank and six other Vets. This has been highly stressful for our family. We weren’t even able to transfer him to a more costly facility, and that even failed. His accident caused him trauma, and he fell into depression after being released from the hospital. His only living daughter took on the burden and made sacrifices to tend to his needs, which then caused even more stress and worry. Frank is currently living in a small one-level home without the proper care. As a veteran of this country and a man who fought for our nation, we hope you feel the desperation in our story, and we kindly ask for donations to help Frank live his remaining years comfortably and with the care he needs and is entitled to. Please repost and share this message to stop these facilities from their cruel tactics and treat those who fought for our nation with the respect they deserve.
