KoS Challenge for the Nebraska Trails Foundation

Hello! My name is Maria Mota and I am attempting the Knights of Sufferlandria bike challenge. This challenge is completed on a bike trainer using the Sufferfest app platform in the cause of HONOUR, GLORY, and VICTORY. To be awarded the title of Knighthood, one must complete 10 Sufferfest workouts from a pre-approved list within one day with only 10 mins (or less) in between the workouts. These workouts are very strenuous and are a tool utilized by professional cyclists around the world. In fact, most of the workouts are created by coaches and managers of professional teams. To quote the Sufferfest's KoS first rule for knighthood attempt, "Please see a doctor. You're not right and are in desperate need of help." I will be suffering for an extended period of time, and it will be the farthest I have ever done in any sporting event. I project a 10 hour attempt for this challenge with over 100 miles of riding.

I would love YOUR HELP! I am choosing to do this attempt for the Nebraska Trails Foundation Inc. As a Lincolnite, I have enjoyed the peace and freedom that the bike trails have provided me for as long as I can remember. With countless projects underway, the trails could use this money to continue to provide safe travel for cyclists, runners, and families in our community.
