Dakota Osborne. Medical & Financial Assistance

We are fundraising for Dakota Osborne, known by all as Koty.

On Friday July 21st 2023 Koty was in a horrible car accident involving a semi truck. He was ejected from the vehicle he was a passenger in and was brought to Henry Ford Hospital in Jackson. Upon arriving at the hospital he was placed on a ventilator & was sedated as his lung was partially collapsed. The hospital then ran all the tests to establish Kotys condition. Along with a collapsed lung he also sustained a major concussion, broken arm & abrasions to his body & head along with horrible road rash. They have ran numerous test as the doctors are very concerned about all organs & head/brain trauma. On Sunday evening, Henry Ford Jackson made the decision to airflight Koty to UofM where he is now getting unbelievable care. At this point Koty has defied the odds as the medical staff had advised typically victims ejected from vehicles hit by a semi tractor trailer don't survive. Koty was able to have the ventilator removed however the neck brace remains. Until he can speak & tell the doctors his neck is ok. Koty will have a long road to recovery.

Please consider making a donation for Koty!! This will help with medical bills & financial stability for Kami & Michael as they are at the hospital and havent been able to work. We all know medical expenses can be overwhelming as Koty will need all types of therapies & medical assistance.
