Celebrate Jose G. Perez's Life and Legacy

On January 10, 2024, our beloved Jose G. Perez suffered a devastating hemorrhagic stroke. After a courageous battle that spanned 27 surgeries and 7 long, challenging months, his journey on this earth came to an end on August 19, 2024. Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we are also filled with deep gratitude for the time we had with him and the incredible memories he leaves behind.

Jose was more than just an amazing chef—he was a man who lived life to the fullest. Whether he was hiking through the mountains, working out at the gym, or tinkering with cars, his zest for life was infectious. His culinary creations were not just meals but experiences that brought people together, nourishing both body and soul. His passion for cooking was a true reflection of his generous spirit and his love for those around him.

El 10 de enero de 2024, nuestro querido Jose G. Perez sufrió un devastador derrame cerebral hemorrágico. Después de una valiente batalla que abarcó 27 cirugías y 7 largos y difíciles meses, su viaje en esta tierra llegó a su fin el 19 de agosto de 2024. Aunque nuestros corazones están llenos de dolor, también estamos profundamente agradecidos por el tiempo que compartimos con él y los increíbles recuerdos que nos deja.

Jose fue más que un chef increíble; fue un hombre que vivió la vida al máximo. Ya fuera caminando por las montañas, haciendo ejercicio en el gimnasio o arreglando carros, su entusiasmo por la vida era contagioso. Sus creaciones culinarias no eran solo comidas, sino experiencias que unían a las personas, nutriendo tanto el cuerpo como el alma.
