Legal Defense and Attorney Fees

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out for my son Tahi Jack and his daughter, as he faces a very unjust critical situation, harsh experience for an innocent young father. As you all know he resides in Bali and Indonesia is not one of the supporting Country's for the set up of a Go fund Me Account

I have started this Go fund Me account to help support the Legal expenses including attorney's fees, criminal proceedings litigation costs and other Legal services fees. Tahi has attached a note explaining his circumstances, We thank you all for your loving support and emails.

Dear Family And Friends,

As many of you might know, my former partner and I had a beautiful daughter born April 2024 in Bali. Sadly she left me and our daughter 2 months after she was born, the mother had no interest in taking our daughter with her. As she was unhappy and dissatisfied.

Two weeks prior to leaving she had stopped breast feeding and was out everyday and late nights with her family member and friends.

It was a shocking sudden change, unexpected. The mother came once a week, unbothered and no interest in our daughter

I honestly thought she may have needed the time away after the birth in needing time for herself. My situation took a dramatic turn.

I had police coming to my home asking questions what had happened between us, I was honest and transparent with no problems, I had a reputable relationship with the Village where we lived for 3 years

One month later I was asked to have a meeting with the Chief Officer and Village Council. I was threatened if I did not hand my daughter over to the mother, I would go to jail on the spot as I had no' legal rights due to not being married. We couldn't get married as the mothers citizenship was in process and we changed our plan to marry after the birth. In this moment I had no idea what was happening.

I was handed an Indictment statement, said from the mother, stating I have been charged with “kidnapping” my own daughter and holding an under age child. Our daughter was taken by authorities, child protective services, the mother and her family.

The mother has now dropped the charges on the provisory that I sign a peace statement stating that I committed the crime and will not do it again, or harm any people and I must agree not to Sue the mother.

During the period when the mother left she has changed our daughters given names at birth and proceeded to make her birth certificate without my surname, I am now not recognised as my daughters father and I have no legal rights.

By Indonesia Law my daughter is titled illegitimate and she is not entitled to the same legal rights as the children born within wedlock, such as medical assistance, schooling custody, inheritance and protection. 

If I do not sign the official peace statement I will be charged and sentenced 7 to 10 years jail for a crime I did not commit

I am in agreeance to an investigation to prove my innocence and protect my parenting rights for my Daughter

I have payed thousands in Legal fees so far and continue to sell my motor bikes and all belongings to keep going
