Charleston Outlaws Rugby Football Club

Congratulations are in order for the Charleston Outlaws Rugby Football Club as they are the 2024 Georgia Rugby Union - Men's D3 Champions! This is the third consecutive year winning our union championship. Our next game, we'll travel to play the winners of the True South Union(location yet to be determined) to secure a spot in the Super Regional 'Round of 16'.

We will need your help to do so.

The Outlaws finished the season undefeated becoming the 'first seed' in the Union's East conference.

On April 6th, the Outlaws traveled to Madison, GA, to take on the undefeated West conference winners, High Country RFC, of Atlanta, GA, in the GRU Championship Final. Outlaws prevailed with a 35 -14 win in an exciting and crowd pleasing match.

Should the Outlaws win their next game, it's off to the Gulf Coast Super Regional, May 4-5, Austin, TX. The competition will include the championship teams from the Florida Rugby Union, Texas Rugby Union, Carolinas, and the winner of the Georgia Rugby Union (Charleston Outlaws) vs. True South (TBD) competition.

The winners here will advance to the National Championship Finals (aka, Final 4) to take place in Austin, TX, on May 18-19.

We have planned for travel as best we can, but due to circumstances beyond our control, planning travel on short notice has proven to be prohibitively expensive. The reality of union rugby is that one cannot effectively plan for every championship win and cover the costs on an annual basis. Any unused funds from this effort will go directly to replenishing the travel budget for next season. We are asking that our supporters, extended Outlaw family, and fans-at-large help the club cover travel and related expenses. Any contribution you can afford is greatly appreciated.

The Outlaws are honored to represent both the City of Charleston, the State of South Carolina, and the Georgia Rugby Union to carry on the tradition of being a fierce competitor within national club rugby. This season's players have shown incredible dedication and effort in achieving their successes. We are grateful for the love and support you have shown the club throughout the season.
