The Three Peak Challenge

My name is Graham Flynn, l unfortunately was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia in 2019 at the age of 28. Receiving a diagnosis like this is life changing, but I was fortunate enough to receive fantastic treatment in Guys and St Thomas’s Hospital, London.

The availability of a facility like this so close to where I lived at the time made my whole experience that little bit easier. Comfort for Chemo is an outstanding cause that aims to ensure that someday the people of Kerry do not need to travel unnecessary distances to receive the treatment they require when they are at their most vulnerable.

I along with friends and family are completing this three peak challenge in order to raise much needed funds for this cause.

Our challenge involves hiking three mountains across Munster on the 5th of August, starting in Tipperary on the Galtee Mountains (918m), moving down to Kerry to tackle Carrauntoohil (1,038m), and then finishing at MT Brandon (952m).
