Help Me Fight Cancer

Hi, my name is Helga. Some of you know me, some don’t. I was an opposition deputy in Novosibirsk, fighting for change and helping people in my city – until I was forced to leave Russia. I had to flee while pregnant, leaving behind my work, my home, and my family.

Now, I live in Lithuania, where my daughter was born, and we are trying to build a new life. But my heart and my hopes remain with the Beautiful Russia of the Future – the vision of a free and democratic country that I have been fighting for side by side with Alexei Navalny’s team.

My Diagnosis

In December 2024, I received devastating news – I have cancer. The disease has already spread, making my treatment urgent and complex.

Lithuania is generously covering all my medical expenses – except for one crucial medication: Keytruda, a targeted therapy that significantly improves my chances of survival. My doctor has confirmed that this medication would significantly improve my chances of recovery, but since it is not covered, I have to fund it myself.

The Cost

Each round of Keytruda costs €11,500, and the first stage of treatment requires five rounds over three months – a total of €57,800. Covering this cost is beyond what my family can manage alone, which is why I am asking for your help.
