Please help my friend!

My dear, dear friend and neighbor needs help, and I would love to surprise with her a huge gift. She is turning 70 this year, she's a widow, and she's a leukemia survivor. When her husband died, he left her with a whopping credit card debt that she became responsible for. There's still $19,500 left on her card, and I want to help her get it paid off.  She gets a measly social security payment of $557/mo and she has a credit card debt payment of $325/mo. She's lost her houses in the recession and is renting with money that comes out of her dwindling savings. She expects to be out of money this year. 

She is the best lady. She brings me soups and little things that she's baked. Once she even brought me a sippy cup full of merlot while I was weeding. If my car is gone for too many days, she always checks in with me to make sure I'm okay. She's really the best.

She has been paying off this credit card for over 13 years since her husband died. She will never get out from under it. She's just paying the minimum payment, and the balance will never go away. 

Please help me surprise her by raising the money to get rid of this debt!
