Walk A Mile

Walk a Mile is a sponsored challenge in aid of Hope English School, raising funds to help further the education of refugees, asylum seekers and other vulnerable migrants. In solidarity with this disenfranchised group, WAM aims to collectively cover the equivalent of the journey from the Moria Refugee camp on the Greek island of Lesbos to Sheffield- a whopping 2,214 miles. The challenge will be taking place throughout the month of May, and we will be hosting community walks to bring together our challenge participants, HES volunteers and students.
