Kraigs heart transplant

Hello everyone my name is Sidney I'm raising money for my fiancé his name is Kraig he is 26 and he was diagnosed with heart failure about 2-3 years ago he will need a heart transplant He has a 3 year daughter and I that he loves to death and cares for his mom and family his mother and I don’t have enough funds to support his condition it’s hard for him to get through the day and night knowing he can’t enjoy time with his family because he been in the hospital he is in pain everyday i just want to share his story with family and friends and everyone else we love to live a long and happy life he really needs this heart transplant anything would help thank you It's a race to save my fiancé already lost to many people so please help us reach our goal.. want come home soon nice and healthy
