Krassy's Forest Fairy Tale

PLEASE SCROLL DOWN FOR PICTURE CONTENT.
Krassy is a small, frail lady, with no job, and not a penny to her name, who lives in what can best be described as a shack with no electricity, local water, or any basic necessities, including food, clothing, heating, or any kind of sanitary needs. Even while living in destitution, she has taken on the care of over FOUR HUNDRED plus animals. Bulgaria has quite a primitive perspective on animals; consequently, many look down on her, and have shunned her from society for making such a ‘fuss’ about a ‘worthless’ cause. With little to no support, Krassy is forced to exhaust her every resource to provide food, shelter, and vet bills for all of the animals in her care. She turns no animal down, and as a result, she herself is malnourished, with no protection from the harsh Bulgarian winters. While yes, there are some organizations with government funding, staff, and volunteers - they would not be able to sustain 400+ animals, and yet this lady has no choice, because if not for her, these animals would starve, freeze, or be killed.
We are trying to raise $16,000 (I know this is a scary amount of money, these are rough numbers, but to give everyone an idea of what 16k would cover):
⁃$2,000 will pay for vet bills for a month (a big part of this is neutering animals to prevent increasing their numbers)
⁃$6,000 will pay for completion of fencing enclosure (this is an urgent expense as animals that stray too far are often killed sadly)
⁃$8,000 will cover the cost of building a water-well on-site (one-off expense, also extremely urgent)
These costs above don’t even mention the cost of food for the animals, shelter, and paid labor for workers when the job is too big for Krassy's bare hands. These numbers reflect expenses for the animals solely.
In the pictures below you can see my dad carrying large buckets and bottles of water, these have to be carried by hand and foot from a water-well downtown as Krassy has no car. It will be my life’s mission to rescue as many animals as possible and this ambitious journey starts with Krassy. I can’t even call this a charity, because it literally is just one lady scrambling for her survival . Anything you could donate would have a remarkable impact on the wellbeing of Krassy and the animals in her care.
Furthermore, If you were able to make it a monthly donation of whatever amount, your support could quite literally be the pivotal factor that would allow Krassy to sustain her efforts. Thank you so much for even getting to this part of the donation stage, from the bottom of my heart, I cannot thank you enough – this means everything to me!
If anyone wants to know more about the cause or would like to extend a helping hand when it comes to web design/content or even just advice on how to better raise awareness and money for such causes, please reach out via text/email/or comments on here which I will be monitoring attentively.
