Krete Academy - Aspiring parkour gym in SpokaneWA
Donation protected
Hi there! I guess you're wondering how we got to this page. See it all started when Daniel Grable and Quen Phothivongsa found a common interest they share... PARKOUR! They began training together religiously and started expanding the parkour community in their hometown, Spokane, WA. In 2016 Krete Freerunning was established and soon more athletes joined the team, one of those athletes being Tucker Frye. Together, the team has hosted competitions and participated in many local events, such as Sunday Funday and Fall Festival at Riverfront Park.
As the team progressed the members gained an extra skill, the ability to coach. Over the years Quen, Daniel and Tucker gained a total of over 25 years coaching experience, and developed techniques and skills to run a masterful class. This passion for education has helped the youth stay active while progressing parkour safely. To continue pushing parkour in the city of Spokane, Krete is now trying to use their skills to open the Krete Academy. With a parkour specific facility the community will grow through classes and education, as well as competitions and events.
To help with our endeavors we are reaching out to you, our community, to help us cross the line towards opening the Krete Academy. Using our GoFundMe will help us expedite the process so we can keep the fire of parkour alive in Spokane. Any donations made will go straight towards securing a building, construction of equipment and opening expenses. Your help and support will allow us to live out our dream of securing a home for positive parkour growth in Spokane, Washington.
