Kristan Lukin Memorial Fund

On August 4, 2021 our dear co-worker and friend suddenly collapsed while completing training to finish her C.N.A. course certification. Heroic attempts to save her were unsuccessful and her family has made the difficult decision to remove her off the ventilator as she remains with no brain activity. Kristan was a true giver until the end as she is an organ donor and will be donating her organs to those in need. The loss of Kristan is felt by all that know her and her love for her residents was transparent everyday with her hard work ethic, caring heart, and bubbly personality. We would like to support her devoted husband Dave with extensive medical and funeral expenses.
