Kristen Dolan

Those of you who have been fortunate enough to have known Kristen Dolan in any capacity, be it at work, at school or as a friend, know what a wonderful, caring, loving person she is. I have had the pleasure of knowing Kristen for the last 8 years, working side by side as nurses on a medical-surgical floor. She has dedicated so much of her time and energy, selflessly caring for her patients as well as being an advisor and mentor to other nursing staff as a Charge Nurse. You honestly could not find a more dedicated, hardworking and compassionate individual.

The last 4 years have been a battle for Kristen, a battle that she fought with admirable and unwavering bravery, even continuing to come to work during periods of remission. Her family has been by her side every step of this arduous journey, devoting their lives to caring for their daughter and sister; they are truly an inspiration to us all.

Despite Kristen's ongoing battle, she recently expressed a desire to go to the beach, specifically to Charleston, South Carolina. This GoFundMe has been set up to enable a wish to become a reality - to give Kristen and her mom some much-needed time together at the beach.
