Our dear friend Kristen Wicker started her breast cancer journey in February after she was diagnosed with Triple Negative Invasive Breast Cancer.

With her adventurous warrior spirit Kristen has begun her cancer journey. She embarked on her first chemotherapy treatment on March 1st. The next four months of aggressive chemotherapy will be followed by surgery and additional procedures.

In the coming weeks and months Kristen will face a myriad of treatments, medications, side effects and lots of trips to the hospital. She will likely need to undergo a mastectomy and radiation after the Chemotherapy regiment is complete.

I'm reaching out to her wonderful friends, family, co-workers, neighbors and other Daytonians who know and love her to help alleviate the financial stress cancer incurs. Medical bills are already piling up and this is one major worry we can work together to help alleviate.
