Kristens's family fund

Christmas Morning brought tragedy to our family. My sister-in-law lost her house and everything in it -- clothes, furniture, their pet kitty Diamond -- from a fire that seems to have started with the Christmas tree. Luckily she escaped and her young children were away at the time, but as a student and single mother of three she was already struggling and unable to afford insurance. She and her little ones not only had their holidays ruined and their home destroyed, but she has no resources to recover from this. Anything the community can provide will be sincerely appreciated as we try to help her get the basics again -- clothes, daily supplies, food, and eventually permanent housing.
