Wednesday, April 22 was a game changer for Kristi Zimmerman, her two daughters, her family, and her friends. She received the dreaded diagnosis of Breast Cancer. Words she thought she would never hear used in the same sentence as her name. Kristi is loved beyond measure as she means so much to so many.
She is the strongest woman I know outside of my mom and I am so thankful for that. She's got so much determination and fight in her. She reminds us that our God never fails and will be with her from beginning and through this journey.
The reality is that fighting breast cancer is physically, emotionally, and fiscally taxing. She's a single mom with two children facing the battle of all battles. Please consider skipping a trip to Starbucks to donate a few dollars to help her fight with all she has.
