Kristin Abbott Memorial Education Fund

We are devastated to have lost Kristin. She gave so much and is gone tragically far too soon. Her beloved children are seven and nine.

As an MD, the Medical Director for Northwestern Medicine Student Health Services, and the physician for Team USA figure skaters at the 2022 Olympic Winter Games in Beijing, China, education was an important part of Kristin's life.

She loved helping in meaningful ways through her work, and she adored her family. Many of us have been looking for ways to support her family during this unbelievably trying time. Her family has asked for donations to an education fund for her children in lieu of flowers and as a way to honor her memory and the contribution she made.

As a tribute to Kristin's legacy, let's make sure her children's academic pursuits are limited only by their imagination and aspirations.
