Hello, My name is Adam. I've chosen to be completely honest these days. Well, about everything thanks to the wonderful woman I'm about to talk about (Amber). I was drug addicted, a lost cause when we met and throughout over a year I've managed to put her through a bit of hell w/ my addiction. No one nor anything in the last 15 yrs could stop the downward spiral I was on, that was for sure going to end in my Son, Amber, and my Mother left standing in sad depressing room morning the loss of me. Amber could see into my soul and chose to believe in the real Adam, and decided to stand by my side no matter what. She new I could be permanently sober and unknowingly put me through hell. She instinctively just new what needed to be done to stop me.
See, we believe in the same things and have this deep connection, that is absolutely unexplainable. She is my other half and I refused to ever believe that anything will take her away from this earth, being such a gifted loving person that she is.
Furthermore, I was devastated to hear that she was recently evicted from a landlord that had found out we were looking into cancer causing agents that may have been in the home.
Lastly, Amber has her 1st surgery appointment in 2 weeks to see if the cancer has spread. She has until the 1st to be out of her home. Hopefully he allows her an extension to remove what she can from the home. Also, due to other debilitating health issues she isn’t currently working. Which I’ve since convinced her to apply for disability. She had decided to give up most of her things, all due to financial instability as well as having to deal with crippling lifelong back issues, which is putting her through not only mental pain and exhaustion, but as well as physical pain & exhaustion. Still being strong, trucking along, holding the fort down, carrying a heart of gold, all awhile smiling knowingly that everything is going to someone who needs it.
I worry that her needs will be unmet. Amber needs help with security deposit, 1st months rent, and moving cost, as well as something reliable transportation to help make sure she gets to her appointments. All awhile waiting on social security to approve her claim. She was already dealing with the stress of the eviction, when she received her diagnosis of Invasive Lobular Carinoma, and still just keeps rolling with the punches and continuously keeping her head held high. She is the strongest person I know and cannot imagine this world without her happy, bubbly, blunt (lol), honest self, giving me shit daily and whipping me into shape regularly. LMAO!! All awhile keeping me honest and clean of the street toxins. She’s 1 of a kind and deserves to finally be the one who has the world thinking of her when she really needs a helping hand. As she’s always thinking of others to help in some way or another. It's been a downward spiral from 2019 she was a victim of domestic violence, to unemployment identity theft, to going thur a mental break down, to making the best but the hardest decision of her life. by asking the kids grandmother to take them, until she was on her feet again. To renting out the rooms to some unruly, disrespectful thieves, to walking by my side and never giving up on me too! To facing eviction, then breast cancer. To forgiving and understanding her step mom (Sue) for always teaching her what family is truly supose to be all about and setting the most loving caring example. Now, this is why I say she's the strongest person I know.
I would like to say Thank you to all her family and friends that can make this possible, Thank you for your kindness or even a prayer of strength and healing for her. Everyone would absolutely want to keep her around if you don't already know her.
