Krystal needs braces

Hi everyone. My 15 year old daughter, Krystal is in need of orthodontic treatment. She was referred to the orthodontist for the first time by her dentist on Feb 2, 2022. We were told at that time, we would have to wait to start treatment because she still had 2 baby teeth that had to come out first. On November 22, 2022 at a regular cleaning appt, she was referred to the orthodontist a second time. He informed us that it was getting kind of urgent to start treatment because she was in danger of loosing her front teeth. Her canine tooth on the right side of her mouth is actually sitting above her front teeth. The dentist said it wasn't a matter of if she would loose her front teeth, it was a matter of when. She saw the Ortho again on Feb 15, 2023. They took X-rays and measurements to send to her insurance company to get approval to start treatments. It was determined by her insurance company on Feb 16, 2023, that this treatment isn't medically necessary. I appealed that decision and on March 29, 2023 they again determined that it wasn't a medically necessary treatment. I appealed it again and was again determined to not be necessary. I then requested a state fair hearing and again we were denied. We then got a referral to an oral surgeon to see if they could remove the offending teeth. The canine on the left side is also a problem. It has grown out over her other teeth and causes her pain. The oral surgeon told me today(her appt was tomorrow 01-24-2024) that without her being in active orthodontic treatment, they can't help as the tooth that is above her front teeth would be a very extensive surgery to remove and since it is a viable tooth, they won't do it anyway. So we are 3-4 appeals down and can't get treatment. I am asking for help to be able to pay for the orthodontist treatment. Anything helps. I don't want her to loose her front teeth.
