Help for surgery

Hi, my name is Kait Wegner. I started this page for my mom and her dog, Chief. A week ago Chief underwent ACL surgery and was healing well. Unfortunately, when he went outside to go to the bathroom last night, he fell because of the snow and tore the other leg. He will now need to heal from his first ACL surgery before he can get surgery on his other leg. However, he is not able to walk at this point and my mom will need to find braces for him to give him support. With the cost of all of these bills starting to add up, my mom might not be able to afford his second ACL surgery since they are still working towards paying the first bill. Any help is greatly appreciated, and every dollar counts! Thank you in advance.
