My name is Mohammed Al-Nahal, I am 24 years old, I am a Palestinian who currently lives in the Gaza Strip Rafah in the midst of the war.

I have 2 brothers and 1 sister, one of whom is married and has two two twin children named Mohamed Waila.

Since the beginning of this war a year ago, we have been living in fear, struggle, humiliation and hunger.

We live under constant shelling and air raids all the time, killing people everywhere. We were running from shelter to shelter, and there was no safe place. The occupation army threatened our time, so we left our home and now the ten of us live in a tent in Al-Mawasi without electricity, gas or human toilet.

We lack clean water, and food is considered a luxury if you find some of it.

My little nephews can't get his milk and his daily needs of nutritional support, we live in fear all the time, and we are waiting for our death at every moment.

I can't explain to you how terrible the tank bombs and clashes are, they are very close to us, and Gaza is a very small place, and there is no place to escape to.

A large part of my family has lost my friends, my home, my dreams and my future
