Firefighters with leukemia Allen Keys

Allen keys, husband to Cindy, younger brother to Tina and Carol, and father to Cassie and chad, has been a major contributor and hero to the horizon community for many years. Allen has not only been a volunteer firefighter for thirty-two years and a chief for twenty-two years, but also volunteer basketball and baseball coach for the youth community of horizon for twelve years. Recently he came down with bronchitis and after two weeks he was not getting better. Once he arrived at the hospital, blood was drawn and he was diagnosed with a rare form of acute leukemia which would not let his body fight the infection. Being a non smoker and not having any family history of this disease, it is believed that his many years in the fire department and inhaling so much smoke caused his leukemia. Just a couple days after his diagnosis he was sent to Arizona to be immediately treated. Nobody is ever ready for something like this to happen, any little help we could get financially is great. He has devoted almost half of his life to the city of horizon and all we ask is that you guys help us in this fight against leukemia and keep his and his family in your prayers.
