My brother-in-law Chris, suffered a sudden cardiac arrest on 7/1. Despite his friends’, the ambulance’s , and the hospital’s incredible efforts, he was immediately placed on life support. After hours of surgery to search for a cause and treatment for his condition, he was declared brain dead. Everyone knows how incredibly strong, generous, and just plain incredible Chris is, so he will be kept on life support for the next few days while they prepare his organs and tissues donation. They estimate he will be able to help around 200+ people in need of transplants!

Chris is an amazing person who loved hunting and fishing, but most importantly, his family. Papa’s sweet girl, and endless ray of sunshine, Abby Lou, will be turning 3 later this month.

Many people have been asking what they can do to help, and if Olyvia, Chris’s girlfriend and partner of 6 years, needs anything. A little financial support will go a long way as Olyvia navigates the new reality of taking time off and moving forward, raising Abby without Chris by her side.
