Help Jackie battle cancer!

Thank you for taking the time to click on this page. This is Makala..I've created this GoFundMe for my parents Brenda and Jackie Laughery.

Many of you know and love my father Jackie and know that he has had his ups and downs but always a devoted and hard working man.

After almost a year of health issues and being misdiagnosed, he has been diagnosed with Stage 3 Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma.

He has received a Tracheostomy and feeding tube and is currently hospitalized, waiting for the next step.

Luckily my parents have health insurance and close family is trying to help as much as possible, but during this difficult time any monetary donation you may wish to give will help cover the cost of travel to and from treatment hospital, possible lodging costs, treatments/testing that may not be covered, and any future needs he and my mom may encounter while he undergoes treatment.

Jackie has been the “giver” in helping others for many years and now we have an opportunity to give back and show our support to him.
