In addition to being a lifelong nurse, our founder Debbie Johnston has been a passionate and renowned advocate and opportunity-creator for nurses in Virginia for decades. She operated a successful nurse home-health business, and went on to serve on Governors' boards and pursue her passionate support for child welfare and the healthcare community.

Kudos for Care is an online community of powerful stories shared by nurses and healthcare workers fighting the coronavirus pandemic.
