On September 16, 2019 Rhonda Williams, 61 years of age passed away unexpectedly in her sleep of natural causes in the Northwest Houston area.
Known to all of her friends and family as a loving, compassionate person whom unselfishly looked out for the well being of those she knew as well as those around her.
Rhonda Williams was publicly known world wide as "The Girl on the Torture Board" who survived. At the age of 15 she survived the tragic gruesome sadistic rituals that took place by Dean Corll and Wayne Henley in the early 70's. Later this would be known as the "Houston Mass Murders". Raised in foster care and in state homes Rhonda Williams suffered from severe multi-layered PTSD for the remainder of her life. As devastating and tragic as her past history had been she
continued on as a inspiration to many who knew her and knew of her.
Rhonda Williams was a social worker for abused and neglected children, She was known to rescue starving hurt animals, as well as a free loving caregiver to the elder in her community. She was a free spirit who is survived by a loving son, one granddaughter and her loyal companion Brandi. She leaves behind her nieces nephews as well as many close loving friends.
Because Rhonda Williams was such a loving giving person she invested all of her time and money on those around her who were in need. Her unexpected passing has left her family in need of help financially for Rhonda Williams' barrier/ memorial. If you can help in any way please consider helping her son provide her with a proper loving goodbye.
