Kuhn Family Support After Colby Kuhn's Passing

Colby Kuhn passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Oct. 19, 2022 at the young age of 35 years old. He was a beloved husband, son, father, brother, and friend. Those who knew Colby best, knew him by his infectious laugh, huge and loving heart, and deep care for his family. He represented a complete life, a human with immense beauty and tenderness while also holding great pain and hardship. Colby had been battling serious health complications for over a year and was in and out of medical facilities and hospitals multiple times during this period.

Colby is survived by his wife, Michelle Kuhn, and children, Haylee and Jack. They miss Colby dearly, and while doing their best to grieve and heal during this time, they are also having to navigate outstanding medical bills, expenses from the past year, and memorial costs. And this is where we come in as people who loved Colby and the legacy he leaves behind.

Colby was raised in Vancouver, WA, graduating from Hudson's Bay High School and later attending Lower Columbia College. He was a talented metal artist, joining the Ironworkers Apprenticeship Program and Local 29 brotherhood in 2020.

Colby is also survived by his dear family, John and Susan Kuhn, siblings Jeff (Erin), Ian (Hailey), and Andrea Jackson (Davis), nieces and nephews, Braylee, Allie, Emmett, Eugene, Sloan, Nora and Jema, and Grandmother Marlys Kuhn, as well as aunts, uncles and cousins.
